Refund policy
PAYMENT TERMS
A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, and standard cancellation terms will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure
Guest receives a refund of all payments made, less a 4% payment processing fee and a $100 CAD administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 90 and 61 days before departure
25% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations made 60 days or less before departure
100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
TRIP TRANSFERS & CREDITS
If you are unable to attend your trip, please contact us as soon as possible.
Subject to availability and operational considerations, Yusquatch Mountain Adventures may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following alternatives to cancellation:
- Transfer your booking to another available Yusquatch Mountain Adventures departure
- Transfer your booking to another participant who meets the trip requirements and is approved by Yusquatch Mountain Adventures
- Receive a trip credit for a future Yusquatch Mountain Adventures departure
Trip credits are valid for 24 months from the original departure date unless otherwise stated. Trip credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
MEDICAL CANCELLATIONS & EXCEPTION REQUESTS
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you need to cancel due to medical reasons and can provide supporting documentation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Medical cancellations and other exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any exception, credit, transfer, or refund granted is entirely at the discretion of Yusquatch Mountain Adventures.
