Risks & Waivers

Traveling in mountainous areas involves varying levels of risk. While your guide is trained to reduce and manage these risks, it's important to understand that some exposure is unavoidable. Potential hazards during your trip may include avalanches, falling into crevasses, rockfalls, falls from heights, encounters with wildlife, challenging travel conditions, adverse weather, actions of other groups, risks associated with snowmobiles and small aircraft, infectious diseases, and more.

By signing our release of liability (accessible here), you acknowledge that you are waiving certain rights, including the right to pursue legal action for negligence, breach of contract, or violations of the occupiers’ liability act, as well as any claims for compensation following an incident.

All participants must sign a physical copy of this document before joining any trip or course. You will receive this document at checkout and will also be asked to sign it in person before your course begins. It is crucial for all participants to read and understand the waiver prior to purchasing any of our products, as refunds will not be granted if a participant declines to sign the waiver. We appreciate your understanding.

If you have any questions or concerns about the waiver, please contact our lead guide at raphael.metivier96@gmail.com.

Our trips prioritize safety and adhere to the highest operational standards for managing mountain hazards.
